• Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you to see the print of your foot once you have taken it away.
  • Low arches: indicated by the print showing your whole foot.
  • Medium arches: indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip.
  • High arches: indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings.
