What Kind of Arches Do I Have?
It is crucial that you select the arch support that is right for your arches. You can find out whether you have low, medium or high arches by following the simple steps below.
- Wet your foot and step onto a surface that will allow you see the print of your foot once you have taken it away
- Low arches will be indicated by the print showing your whole foot
- Medium arches will be indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
- High arches will be indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings
