The Sissel Exercise Band is available in a number of colour-coded resistance types which you can select using the drop-down menu above:

• Light (Orange): Beginner strength for those who have never used exercise bands before.
• Medium (Yellow): Intermediate level for those familiar with bands and want some resistance.
• Strong (Green): Strong level of resistance for those with a good level of strength.
