How Do I Clean the Exercise Mat?

Your Yoga-Mad Warrior II Plus Mat can be wiped clean after use or machined washed at 40°C with a small amount of soap. The mat must not be put through a spin cycle or spin dry as this may cause damage.  It can be dried flat or rolled up in a towel.
