Directions For Use

To apply the blister plasters, follow these four steps:

1. Warm the plaster between the hands for a minute or so
2. Remove backing paper without touching the adhesive
3. Centre over the affected area and apply
4. Smooth down the plaster and warm for a further minute

How Big Are the Plasters?

There are two different sized plasters available, small, medium or a mixture of both. Below are the dimensions (width x length) for both sizes:

• Small: 20 x 60mm
• Medium: 44 x 69mm
