How Do I Use the Wrist Wrap?

To fit the Thermoskin Sports Adjustable Wrist Support, follow these simple instructions:

1. Place your thumb through the hole, with the strap lying across the top of your hand
2. Wrap the strap under your wrist
3. Fasten the strap into place at your desired level of compression
4. Re-adjust when needed
