How Do I Use the Elastic Wrist Wrap?

To correctly fit the Thermoskin Elastic Wrist Wrap, please follow these three simple instructions:

1. Put your thumb through the hole
2. Wrap the support around the outside of your hand/wrist area
3. Fasten the Velcro to secure the wrap. This can be adjusted to alter the level of compression you require

• Rubber (50%)
• Nylon (25%)
• Cotton (25%)
