To suit a wide variety of users and to make progression simple, the SKLZ Fabric Fitness Band is available in three resistance/strength levels:
- Light: 28lb (12.7kg)
- Medium: 25lb (15.8kg)
- Heavy: 48lb (21.7kg)
The above numbers signify the weight needed to stretch the band to its full length.
Longer Band Available for Lower Body
This Smaller Resistance Band is designed for resistance training the upper body, but if you're looking for a lower body band we also offer the longer SKLZ Pro Knit Resistance Band.
Won't Pinch or Pull Skin
Traditional resistance bands are made of materials like latex that are stretchy, but can pull and pinch your skin, especially if you have body hair. The SKLZ Pro Band is made of a thicker knit material that's softer on the skin, while remaining elasticated enough for exercise. Despite not pinching at the skin, the material is still anti-slip, so will remain in place while you stretch, squat and move.
