Who Can Make Gains with the Sidas Double Foam Impact Reducer Insoles?
If you play intense sports or participate in high impact exercise such as running, these impact reducing insoles will protect your joints from long-term damage. As well as helping to absorb shocks, these insoles have a rubber forefoot to increase your propulsion. These insoles can be used on their own or paired with other insoles to enhance their abilities.
What Makes These Insoles Ideal for Running?
Made to protect you from the impact pressure and stress of running, the Sidas Impact Reducer Insoles have a viscolatex rearfoot, which absorbs shock and reduces its effect on your body by up to 15%. It doesn't stop there; with a springy foam rubber forefoot these insoles also increase forward propulsion by up to 30% for a more energy efficient stride.
Boosts Forward Propulsion
The rubber front section of these insoles is springy for improved forward propulsion. As you push off from the ground with your forefoot, the material redirects this force back into the ground for a better forward thrust and an added boost to your performance that increases your energy efficiency without requiring increased physical exertion.
How Do I Wear the Sidas Dual Foam Insoles?
You can either replace your existing insole with the Dual Foam Insoles and wear them directly underfoot, or you can place the Dual Foam Insoles underneath an already installed insole to heighten the effectiveness of the support provided. Some footwear may require you to trim the insoles to achieve the best fit, we recommend removing the previous insole from your desired footwear and using this as a cutting guide.
Are These Insoles Hygienic?
High intensity sports mean sweaty feet, while not a problem in itself this can result in other issues such as foot odour. To keep your feet cool and fresh, the insoles have a Merrymesh topcover which enables a continuous airflow around your feet, helping to prevent excessive sweat build-up. To keep your Dual Sole Insoles clean, you can wash them with soap and a brush, then leave out to air dry (do NOT dry on the radiator).
