Sizing Information for the RDX Groin Guard

The RDX Sports groin guard is available in a range of sizes. If you're not sure which to choose, you can determine the right size by measuring the circumference of your waist and the length of the groin and lower abdomen area (as seen below). Once you have these measurements, you can use the sizing table to discover your size.

Please Note: If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choose the lower size for the best fit. There might be a slightly variance of 0.5cm for all of the below measurements.
