The Aerolite Insoles feature a poron heel cushion that absorbs shock to protect the heel against impact when you walk, run, jog or jump on a hard surface. This helps to prevent foot fatigue and heel pain, and reduces the risk of stress fractures to the heel. By absorbing shock at the heels, these insoles also reduce the amount of strain placed on the joints of the ankles and knees during physical activity, which can reduce pain in these areas.

Breathable Upper Cover
