How Do I Use the Backstretcher?
When starting out, you should only use the Backstretcher for a couple of minutes, building up to ten to fifteen minutes per session to allow your body to adjust to regular stretching. To properly use the device, place it on the floor and lie horizontally with your spine in the centre of the pressure points. If you find that your head is too far back for comfort, we recommend placing a pillow beneath your neck and head.
In order to incorporate the Rolastretcher into your exercise, use the device as an aid for abdominal exercises, including sit ups.
