The support strap provides healing compression to the effected joint, features an adjustable hook-and-loop closing that provides a tailored fit and allows modification of the level of compression the support provides.

Donning the Elbow Support

To put on this Oppo elbow support, follow the below instructions:

1. Wrap the support around your effected elbow, with the peanut-shaped pad on the muscle belly of the forearm (i.e., the thickest part of the muscle in the forearm)
2. Thread the strap through the buckle
3. Adjust the hook-and-loop strap to your specific proportions/desired level of compression, and secure the strap

Caring for Your Oppo Support

To clean this support, you must wash it in cold water. DO NOT iron, bleach, or dry clean this elbow support.
