The Oppo Health 2389 Thumb Stabiliser is supplied in a range of Small to Extra Large sizes. To determine which size will provide the best fit for you, measure the circumference of your wrist at the thinnest part (as seen below). Once you have this measurement, use the below sizing table to discover your support size.
