The Neo G Ankle Support is simple to fit with three simple steps (please see the diagram below or this informational video for a visual demonstration):
- Slip the support on like a sock and secure the top strap, wrap the second strap over your foot
- Once under your foot, pull the second strap over again and behind the back of your ankle
- Wrap it around and back down across diagonally, Secure the strap. It should resemble a figure 8
