Can I Wear the Support Over a Sock?

If the sock is quite thin, then it is fine to wear the ankle support over it. However, this is not advised if the sock is thicker, as the support may be too tight and restrict blood flow.

The Airflow Plus Ankle Support fits both the Left and Right ankle and simply slips on. To find your size measure your ankle circumference in cm.
