How Does the Suspension Trainer Work?
The apex straps on this product attach to the 1.25m anchor strap in order to offer five different attachment points when used with a door jamb or clipped to a wall anchor eyelet. The strap can also be wrapped around a tree or other secure object with a circumference of up to 1.1m.
Suits Users of All Sizes and Abilities
The Suspension Trainer features a unique steel T-fastener buckle which enables quick adjustment of the Apex-style straps. These adjust from 1.2m to 2.5m (excluding the anchor strap) in order to suit users of any height or ability. The trainer has been independently load-tested to over 1000lb (450kg), with a maximum user weight of 125kg.

How To Use the Fitness-Mad Suspension Trainer
There are lots of exercises you can perform with the suspension trainer. Take a look at a few of our favourites below:
- Chest press: Stand facing away from the anchor. Take hold of the handles and extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height. Lean forward and bend your lower chest between your hands to engage the core.
- Low row: Hold onto the handles whilst facing the anchor. Lean back until diagonal with arms extended. Keep your core tight. See below for a visual of the low row with this product.
